Nompany takes data privacy and security very seriously. The platform is built on AWS infrastructure, the same cloud foundation used by many of the world’s most trusted online services.

Secure Infrastructure

All Nompany services run on AWS using advanced security practices, including:

• Private cloud networking
• Non-public, inaccessible databases
• Restricted server access
• Industry-standard encryption and isolation

This ensures your data is protected at the infrastructure level.

Secure File Storage

All uploaded videos and generated assets are stored in AWS S3 buckets, which are designed for high durability and security. Access to stored files is tightly controlled and protected.

User Responsibility

While Nompany provides a secure platform, users are responsible for:

• Protecting their account credentials
• Carefully managing sharing settings
• Avoiding publishing sensitive information in public or private documents unless intended

Private documents are not publicly discoverable, but anyone with a private link can access them.

Data Removal

You may request complete removal of your data at any time. Upon request, your files and associated data can be permanently deleted from Nompany systems.
